How long does it take to produce my order?
We paint each product by hand in the colors you choose.
We need approximately 5 to 7 business days to get your products ready.
The duration depends on the quantity of items you ordered along with your special customization requests.
How long does it take to ship to USA and Europe?
2-3 business days.
How long does it take to ship to Middle Eastern Countries?
Dubai: 2-3 days, UAE: 2-3 days, Qatar: 5-7 days, Kuwait: 8-10 days, Saudi Arabia : 8-10 days
Which shipping companies are you working with?
Currently we are working with UPS, TNT, FEDEX, Aramex and DHL.
What is your return policy?
As most of our products are made to order, we only accept returns if items are defective or damaged.
We replace defective item with new item asap free of charge.
From which countries you accept orders?
We accept orders from all over the world.
What are the materials used in your Wall Lights?
The casing of our Wall Lights is made of premium 1st class wood with E1 certificate, conforming to European standards.
The paint is non-toxic water-based paint with CE certificate.
The soft day light Led Strip is also CE certified and it does Not warm up.
The final product, Wall Light is 100% baby safe.
What type of battery is used in the Wall Lights and how long does it last?
Each Wall Lights requires a 9V rectangular battery.
The battery is not included in the package due to restrictions against batteries in air shipments.
The battery lasts three weeks if used 12 hours per day.
How do we put the Wall Light on the wall?
We recommend using a screw and a fixing wall plug to secure the lamp onto the wall.
There is a hanging bracket behind the Wall Light to attach it to the screw.
How does the Wall Light work?
There is a string hanging from the Wall Light.
You pull the string to turn the light on and off.
